Our Code of Conduct is a shared responsibility that applies to every person at every level of our organization. This includes employees, board of directors, volunteers, independent contractors, subcontractors and vendors who may provide or are involved with healthcare or billing. Not only do we expect all individuals who provide care and services at Fairmount Homes to follow our Code of Conduct, we also expect them to report any concerns, regardless of role.

current in order to perform their job responsibilities.
