Fairmount Homes is pleased to provide our Health, Outreach, Ministry, and Enrichment (HOME) Care Services to campus residents. HOME Care Services is a licensed home care agency operated by Fairmount Homes Retirement Community. The purpose of HOME Care Services is to provide services that enhance involvement with both our Fairmount Community residents and with the outside community.

Additionally, HOME Care Services focuses on wellness initiatives that will assist residents in remaining active and healthy.
