Fairmount to Host Free ClearCaptions Information Session
Fairmount invites residents and members of the community to attend a free informational event hosted by ClearCaptions to learn about captioned telephone services available for individuals with hearing loss. The event will take place on Wednesday, August 19, at 11:00am in the Crest View Gathering Room at Fairmount Homes, 1100 Farm Crest Drive, Ephrata.
Local ClearCaptions Title IV ADA Specialist Kathleen Cesario will lead an engaging presentation featuring trivia, snacks and prizes while explaining how individuals with hearing loss may qualify to receive a captioned telephone and captioning service. The session is designed to help participants better understand available communication resources that can make staying connected with family, friends and healthcare providers easier.
