Entrance Fee: $88,596.00 – $390,383.00
Monthly Maintenance Fee: $930.00 – $1,464.00
Apartments
Entrance Fee: $65,055.00 – $227,848.00
Monthly Maintenance Fee: $982.00 – $2,145.00
Personal Care
Daily Rate: $137.00 – $214.00
Health Care and Rehab
Daily Rate: $474.00 – $516.00
