Fairmount Homes will offer two AARP Smart Driver™ classes in 2026, designed to help drivers refresh their skills, stay safe on the road, and potentially save money. These classes are open to Fairmount Homes residents, team members (when attending off the clock), and community members. The 2-Day Classroom Course will be held on Monday, April 20, and Wednesday, April 22, from 9:00am to 1:00pm (attendance is required both days). In addition, a 1-Day Refresher Course will be offered on Monday, March 30, from 9:00am to 1:00pm; please note that participants must have previously completed the 2-Day Course in order to register for the refresher. Upon successful completion of either course, drivers may be eligible for up to a 5% discount on auto insurance, depending on their provider. Classes will be held at Fairmount Homes in the Harvest View Conference Room. Advance registration and payment are required.
