The Alzheimer’s Association will be presenting an educational program at Fairmount entitled “Communicating Effectively” on Wednesday, December 4, at 1:00pm. The program will be held in the Wheat Ridge Chapel at 333 Wheat Ridge Dr., on the west side of the Fairmount campus. The seminar is free and open to the public.

Caregivers can learn how to use a person-centered approach to communicate more effectively at any stage of the disease. Please join us to learn more about this important topic.
