Visitor Restriction due to Influenza and COVID 19 (Coronavirus) Prevention

Protecting the health and safety of each of the residents that Fairmount serves is our top priority. With that in mind, our community is implementing certain precautionary measures to minimize the spread of viruses, including Influenza (Flu) and COVID-19 (Coronavirus).

As a strictly preventative measure, effective immediately, Fairmount is limiting certain visitors to our Health Care and Personal Care centers.

Visitors who have the following symptoms or travel histories are not permitted to visit Wheat Ridge Health Care, Wheat Ridge Personal Care, and Farm Crest Personal Care.

  • Cough, fever, shortness of breath
  • Cold or flu like symptoms
  • Known exposure to anyone with the Flu or COVID-19 virus
  • Travel outside of the United States within the last 30 days.

This webpage will be updated as new information becomes available. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we do our part to assist in combating the spread of the flu and COVID-19.

If you are experiencing any of these symptoms please refrain from entering our facility. We are committed to making every effort to provide access to our residents, however their safety is paramount. If you are unable to visit the community in person Fairmount may be able to arrange alternative options for communication.
