Mission Statement

“Founded on Christ’s love and Mennonite values, we strive to enrich the lives of those we serve.”

Our Core Values

Community

We join together to meet our customers’ needs. We promote neighborhoods within our community. We are responsible for our actions, realizing that all our actions have an effect on others in our community.

“Love the Lord you God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it. Love your neighbor as yourself.” Matthew 22: 37-39 (NIV)

Compassion

We serve others with tender, loving care in meeting emotional, physical and spiritual needs. We are aware of our customer’s needs and desire to meet these needs.

“Finally, all of you, be like-minded, be sympathetic, love one another, be compassionate and humble.” I Peter 3:8 (NIV)

Dignity

Our actions show that we value all people, since they are created in God’s image and worthy of our respect.

“Give to everyone what you owe them: if you owe taxes, pay taxes; if revenue, then revenue; if respect, then respect; if honor, then honor.” Romans 13:7 (NIV)

Integrity

We choose to always do the right thing and are honest in all our dealings. We firmly adhere to the highest code of moral values in all we do and say.

“In everything set them an example by doing what is good. In your teaching show integrity, seriousness and soundness of speech that cannot be condemned…” Titus 2:7-8a (NIV)

Quality

We strive to be the best in all we do, a model for others to follow. We hold fast to the highest standards of excellence.

“Their work will be shown for what it is, because the Day will bring it to light. It will be revealed with fire, and the fire will test the quality of each person’s work.” I Corinthians 3:13 (NIV)

Teamwork

We set personal differences aside and join together to achieve our mission. We promote positive, open communication between team members. We value every team member. We hold ourselves accountable for all our actions.

“So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow. The one who plants and the one who waters have one purpose, and they will each be rewarded according to their own labor. For we are co-workers in God’s service…” I Corinthians 3:7-9a (NIV)

Trust

We act in such a manner that customers can always depend on us, put their confidence in us, and rely on our honesty.

“Now it is required that those who have been given a trust must prove faithful.” I Corinthians 4:2 (NIV)
