If hearing aids don’t provide the results you hoped for, you may have more options than you realize. Fairmount Homes will host a Hearing Loss Seminar on Thursday, September 3, featuring Dr. Mark Whitaker, an otologist/neurotologist with Penn State Health.
Beginning at 1:00pm in the Wheat Ridge Gathering Room at Fairmount Homes, located at 2100 Wheat Ridge Dr. on the west side of the Fairmount campus. Dr. Whitaker will discuss care for disorders affecting the hearing and balance systems and provide insight into treatment options for individuals experiencing hearing loss.
Dr. Whitaker has specialized expertise in cochlear implantation, advanced ear surgery, and the treatment of sudden hearing loss. His presentation will offer attendees an opportunity to learn more about available treatments and when specialized care may be appropriate.
The seminar is free and open to the public. Whether you are living with hearing loss yourself, helping a loved one navigate hearing challenges, or simply want to learn more, the presentation is an opportunity to hear from a physician specializing in complex ear and hearing disorders. Hear Better. Live Better.
