Effective July 1, 2024, the following range of rates is in effect for Fairmount’s various accommodations. There is no application fee for any level of accommodations.
Cottages
Entrance Fee: $95,684 – $405,998
Monthly Maintenance Fee: $930 – $1,540
Apartments
Entrance Fee: $66,357 – $232,405
Monthly Maintenance Fee: $1,031 – $2,253
Personal Care
Daily Rate: $148 – $310
Health Care and Rehab
Daily Rate: $498 – $542
